I thought I had a great deal when I booked this hotel. However, not all was as it seemed. Overall it is ok, but not a 4 star by western standards. I would say 2 star in the west. Positives - the staff are always smiling and willing to assist in any way they can. The place is clean and the bed is comfortable. Showers are good ( but hot water is not very hot - it’s ok though). I have used Uber all the time here and never need to wait more than about 5 minutes for a ride. The train station is only about a five minute walk if you want to use that. Negatives - the place is a long way from town and it takes about 25 minutes in a cab to get to malls etc. I knew it was a little bit away when I booked it, but it is a bit further than I expected ( my fault though). The hotel does not have a restaurant where you can sit and eat. I think they will make stuff and deliver it to room - but I really have no idea if they do or not because thee is no room compendium telling me about the place or how things work etc. The pool was one of my main reasons for booking this hotel. However, it doesn’t look like it has been operating for a long time. They just said maintenance to me and left it at that. Very disappointing. The wifi is not good. It only works for about 5 minutes at a time and then drops out. They keep smiling and saying maintenance to me, but the reality is I can not work from my room with it. This is my single biggest frustration because it means I can not work in my room and have to sit near the reception all the time. Not convenient at all. The property specialise in weddings and large events. Last night was my first experience of this. There was very loud thumping music until about 1am. Not very considerate for guests at all. Over all there are more negatives than positives and I would not book this hotel again, I would spend a little more and go to a better property. It’s a Wal shame because you can tell from the property that once upon a tome it was great but really it has been let go a bit.

This hotel was nothing but a hassle. Every day presented a new issue such as rude staff including the hotel manager, Mr. Amit, staff that persistently stared at me and would enter the gym to "check something" while I was working out, staff that continued to make excuses and false promises, daily wifi issues, loud events that disturbed the guests not in attendance, lukewarm showers, etcetera, etcetera. I would highly advise solo female travelers and all travelers in general (especially foreigners) to STAY AWAY from this property. It will be nothing but a headache.

They are not into a hospitality business, they have opened the space just to earn money and they treat their customers in a way where their target is to take money for the worst services they provide. They are not into building a relationship with the customers. I went there and had a meeting, so needed wifi access. The manager at reception may be named Dheeraj was rude and arrogant and so confident when it comes to lying. Even after giving false promises of internet connection working he kept saying that its just a small thing if it doesn’t work. His Manager ( amit verma ) is also the same and thinks of just the money and not the services. I highly recommend not to visit this place, its a total waste of your money, they have top leadership who are always hungry for money. If in case you give them 200₹ , don’t expect any services and neither do expect any refund.

D Imperia hotel works for travelers who: 1. Indian 2. Celebrating a life milestone 3. If you want to be given excuses one after another. Me and two other colleagues are here in India business travelers @ hotel for 10 days. It is a hotel that caters eeto life milestone, there are huge parties with several hundred every night, I enjoyed seeing the elaborate flower decor but after 3 , it’s long boring. Service is always an excuse of why the Internet, room phone, kitchen doesn’t function from front desk staff. My first morning, just because I had my suitcase to journey to work office they already had me checked out “ because I had a piece of luggage”, I asked about nonsmoking - yes however out of the 10 days my next neighbor kept hotel room open bc it was too smoky due to their excessive smoking , when complaint all I received was shrugged shoulders. For breakfast my colleague are told what they want , not vice versa. Every day wifi is an issue as those who travel for business nowadays this can make or break a visit, the staff again have reasons why, I have been give other room numbers just

Misbehavior of Front Desk Manager - Mr. Amit

I made a room booking at this hotel and somehow i accidentally chose the incorrect dates. I called up the hotel not for the refund but for modifying the dates. I talked to the Front Desk Manager - Mr. Amit and he was so arrogant and rude in modifying the dates. He disconnected my call by saying it is not possible, I called him again thrice but he didn't respond. I called MakeMyTrip and their team also agreed and requested Mr. Amit but he was again reluctant and rude to make any changes. Since the Managers are like this, i would not recommend anyone to visit this place because its all about hospitality and they are really bad into this business.
